We will ship your M5i within 10 business days of placing your order. From there, transit time varies by location, but is generally between 5 to 7 business days. You will receive advanced notice of the delivery, as well as a delivery appointment window.
Absolutely! The M5 features a drastically reduced footprint as compared to traditional ellipticals, and uses the same magnetic resistance system as our M Series cycles. That means the M5 Strider is also whisper-quiet, has extremely low maintenance needs and has no need for external power!
The M5i is much more compact than conventional elliptical machines, and easy to move around! We do recommend a two-person team to move the M5i up any stairs. There are front mounted wheels that make relocating the machine simple, and with one person on the front and one on the back it is manageable.
Our M5i Striders ship fully assembled to the continental US and will arrive ready to ride! Once shipped you will receive a tracking number and you will be able to track progress with Team WorldWide. Once the M5i arrives at the destination terminal, Team WorldWide will reach out to you to make a delivery appointment. On the day of delivery, they will bring the M5i right to your garage or front door! If you live in a high-rise building they will deliver to you in the lobby or a convenient first-floor location. Unboxing the M5i is a breeze, just cut the straps anchoring the M5 to the pallet and pull the bag off the pallet. From there, tilt the M5i forward and slowly roll it of the pallet. Two people make this a bit easier.

After purchase you will receive a tracking number noting the projected delivery date, and once the M5i arrives at it’s destination terminal you will receive a call to assign a delivery appointment. The M5i will require a signature upon delivery, and delivery is made to your garage, front door or curbside if the garage or front door are inaccessible.
